Q Understanding the different memory requirements for native applications, how can I optimize memory usage for my "fat" application? Are there different SIZE resource IDs for 68K and PowerPC environments?

A There is only one SIZE resource for fat applications used to determine the partition size both on 68K and PowerPC machines. The requirements, however, are different. In general, it's reasonable to leave the SIZE resource just where it is in a 68K environment, although this may not be an efficient use of memory.
